Terms of Service & DMCA Policy
1. About ExamRoll
ExamRoll (“the Service”) is an independent study aid that helps learners prepare for certification exams. The Service is operated by Riven Ventures, MB (“we”, “us”). ExamRoll is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification provider or vendor whose exams are referenced. All trademarks and certification names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only.
2. Accounts & access
You may create an account to access the Service. A free plan with limited access is available; paid subscriptions unlock full access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed at the price shown at checkout for the period you select (monthly, 6-month, or yearly). There are no hidden fees. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Where required by law, statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service for personal exam preparation and not to scrape, resell, bulk-export, or redistribute content, nor to use the Service to gain an unfair or prohibited advantage in any examination in violation of a certification provider’s rules. You are responsible for complying with the terms and honour codes of the exams you take.
5. Content & community contributions
Some questions and resources are contributed by the community and verified before publication. We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy but provide the Service “as is” without warranty that any answer is correct for your specific exam version. Use your own judgement.
6. DMCA / copyright policy
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement. If you are a rights holder and believe content on ExamRoll infringes your copyright, please send a notice including: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the specific material and its location on the Service; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Send DMCA / takedown requests through the in-app Support form or to the operator’s registered contact above. We will review and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and may notify the contributor.
